Monday, August 08, 2005 winter melon sweet soup with egg. *as simple as one two three. ;p *
ingredients; 1/2 cup soy milk 190g winter melon 2 egg white(beaten) 3 cups water(not your drinking water cup. measuring cup! the blue one.) sugar to taste.
method; ONE: peel the winter melon.(and weigh again cos the skin is very heavy!) rinse well and grate finely. *cutting the skin* *weighing the melon* *the grated melon*
TWO: boil 3 cups of water. add grated winter melon. boil for 10 minutes. *boiling in progress*
THREE: add soy milk and bring to boil. our in beaten egg white while stirring constantly. season with sugar and serve.
TADAH! the final product! :X
